Bus tickets can be bought at the e-shop, ticket office or from the bus driver. Tickets to national bus lines are sold 10–30 days prior to departure. Tickets to international bus lines are sold up to 6 months prior to departure.
You can find information on the bus schedules, ticket prices, seat availability and lost items by calling the free helpline number 17799 or +372 681 3444. You will be charged local call charges imposed by your telephone operator and connection fees based on your service package (Telia €0.3196 per minute, Tele2 €0.30 per minute, Elisa €0.62 per minute – according to 24.03.2016).
The free helpline operates from Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00 and from Saturday to Sunday 09:00–17:00.
At the e-shop, you can search for schedules and buy bus tickets. Upon payment, you can print your e-ticket or order your ticket number via SMS. Prior to the journey, you must print your ticket either at the ticket office or at the ticket vending machine. The ticket must be printed on paper when entering the bus. The ticket office is open from Monday to Sunday 08:00–20:00. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices until 5 minutes prior to departure.
Ticket sales during COVID-19 restrictions:
Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 bus tickets can be purchased from the ticket office.
Mon–Fri 18:00–20:00 bus tickets can be purchased from Cargobus Tallinn terminal.
Sat 08:00–16:00 bus tickets can be purchased from Cargobus Tallinn terminal.
Sun 10:00–16:00 bus tickets can be purchased from Cargobus Tallinn terminal.
Provided that there are available seats, tickets can be bought from the bus driver starting from 5 minutes prior to departure. Payment is mostly in cash.
